Yes, you can place an order online and select the pick up in-store option to receive your order the same day. Check out this quick how-to video to learn more.
Excelerate America members receive free shipping on orders of $20 or more. If your order does not exceed $20, you will pay a negotiated flat rate of $5.95 per order vs. the standard $9.99.
Ordering online gives you more visibility, accountability, and control over what your organization orders, all at your contracted price. Orders can be delivered to your home or business address, or you can place orders online for pickup at your favorite Office Depot OfficeMax retail store location.
Business Account FAQ

Yes, with a Business Account you may request 30 day net billing. Please ask your ODP Business Solutions rep to set up invoice billing when you first set up your purchasing account.
If you purchase a specific item for your business regularly or are planning to make a large purchase, we can help get you additional discounts on those items. Tell us more about your upcoming purchase and we’ll see if we can help.
A Business Account takes 3-5 days to be created in ODP Business Solutions’ system. If you need to make a purchase today, please register for an Online Purchasing Account, which has instant activation, and you’ll be able to shop online with a credit card.

Yes, you can shop in-store and get discounted contract pricing on certain products categories in Office Depot and OfficeMax retail locations. Simply present your card at checkout to enjoy the savings.
Even if you already have an Office Depot or ODP Business Solutions account, you can still receive additional benefits and exclusive savings through the Excelerate America group purchasing organization. Please contact our team, and we will connect your current account.
The Store Purchasing Card offers up to 55% off on certain product categories available when you shop in-store at Office Depot and OfficeMax. The Online Purchasing Account and Business Account provide the same contracted discount (up to 55% off) on thousands of items found when you order online at ODP Business Solutions. Setting up an account online allows you more purchasing perks, like the ability to compare product pricing, subscription and bulk order services, free shipping on $20+ orders, and more. You can also always order online and pickup in-store for free.
Coupons are not accepted when shopping with a Store Purchasing Card in an Office Depot or OfficeMax retail store. However, you can use our exclusive coupons when you order online through the ODP Business Solutions website with either an Online Purchasing Account or a Business Account.
Yes, Net 30 account terms are available with Business Accounts as an exclusive program advantage through Excelerate America. When working with your dedicated rep, you can request that Net 30 account billing be added to your account.
